Work upper and lower body at the same time… the better stepper.
Why just work your legs when you can work your legs, arms, shoulders and abs as well? There are many versions of the stepper out there but if you include the resistance straps and work your upper body at the same time you end up with a more efficient workout. Of course a plain old box-type step and some free weights works too but this nice neat little piece of equipment sits in front of my T.V. so nicely!
