The Vibrating Exercise Plate

vibrationmachine02.jpg

Have you ever heard of this? Well we have and we decided to take a look into this latest fad in quick and lazy exercise equipment. We decide to purchase a few and rate them according to price and strength of vibration. What we found is basically the less you pay, the least powerful vibrating motors you will get. What strength is really required to obtain the optimal workout? Good question and we have no idea. Rest assured the staff at Products Junky will find the answers we are all looking for.

I’ve had this WBV machine for a month now and I don’t see any visible difference in my body in any way. However,  I put in at least 8 busy hours a day on my feet as a bartender and food and beverage server and usually in a 3″-4″ high-heeled shoe or boot! At 5′ tall, the extra inches are a real help. When I get up I get a cup of coffee and vibrate my aching feet. It feels great! The platform has little nubby thingies on it and they feel really good on my sore feet. Nice :)

Isn’t this the same technology the space astronauts use to keep muscle mass?
