This week I went shopping for my fall/winter wardrobe pieces. A dressy coat, a casual jacket, a gorgeous deep, dark purple pencil skirt, a full skirt in every shade of gray, a purple blouse, a leopard print pair of high heels, a red and a purple purse. Yes, purple is definitely a hot color for fall/winter ‘08. I saw a lot of deep mustard color as well but didn’t find a nice garment to my liking. So purple and dark yellow are the colors to look for this fall and winter season. The cat walks and now the stores are filled with the deep, rich shades of yellow and purple. My closet is filled with a lot of black, white and gray so these hot fall colors of mustard and plum are great for adding a punch of color to any outfit.
